The 2011 Arrowhead Conference schedule includes two business meetings. They include a meeting Friday evening, April8, and a second one on the morning of Sunday, April 10. Each participating school is invited to send both an adviser and a student to both meetings (for the schedule, please click here).
The agenda for these meetings will include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following items listed on the tentative agenda that is provided below. Please note that time is limited during the business meetings. For this reason, please be sure to submit all proposals in a timely manner (i.e. not in the last week or two before the conference). Our goal is to make all proposals available to conference participants in advance of the conference to allow maximum review and consideration. If time permits, proposals written at the conference will also be considered for inclusion in the agenda. Thank you for your patience and assistance in this important matter, and we look forward to receiving your proposals.
